Home delivery of fresh or frozen nutritious meals to individuals who, because of age, illness or disability, cannot prepare adequate meals for themselves. Individuals remain in the comfort and familiarity of their home, avoiding the stress of moving to a facility.
Our funding partner is BC Ministry of Health for the Fraser Region, and we are supported through fees for service and fundraising donations.

Enjoy a range of nutritionally balanced fresh and frozen meals to suit most tastes and dietary requirements.
Deliveries are Monday-Thursday between 11:00am-1:00pm (excluding stat holidays)
Meals are delivered by volunteers to the downtown Chilliwack and Sardis areas
No contracts or delivery charges
Effective April 1, 2024, cost per meal is $9.25
