The Better Beginnings perinatal support program is looking for a volunteer to join our childminding team on Thursday mornings from 9am-12:30pm. The Chilliwack Family Place network is looking to expand it’s volunteer teams at East Chilliwack Family Place (downtown on Thursday mornings), Greendale Family Place (Blue Heron Reserve on Wednesday mornings) and Mountainview Family Place (Sardis Library on Tuesday mornings).  The ideal candidate would enjoy working with families and young children.  The role includes setting up the family places, planning/delivering a craft activity, preparing snacks & most importantly playing!  This is a terrific community development role.  The successful applicant will work together with a team of dedicated volunteer to deliver family place programming.  Contact Lana at [email protected] for more information about this opportunity.
