Home delivery of fresh or frozen nutritious meals to individuals who, because of age, illness or disability, cannot prepare adequate meals for themselves. Individuals remain in the comfort and familiarity of their home, avoiding the stress of moving to a facility.
Our funding partner is BC Ministry of Health for the Fraser Region, and we are supported through fees for service and fundraising donations.

Enjoy a range on nutritionally balanced fresh and frozen meals to suit most tastes and dietary requirements.
Deliveries are Monday-Thursday between 11:00am-1:00pm (excluding stat holidays)
Meals are delivered by volunteers to the downtown Chilliwack and Sardis areas
No contracts or delivery charges
Effective April 1, 2024, cost per meal is $9.25

Elite Foods has been providing homestyle-cooked meals in Chilliwack since 2009. Using only high-quality ingredients, low sodium, and no preservatives, Elite Foods is a healthy alternative for those who are not able to prepare food for themselves.
Located at 44915 Yale Road, Elite sells frozen meals directly to the public. If you are unsure if Meals on Wheels is right for you and want to try some of the frozen options before you register. Drop by Elite Foods and shop at their location.
- Volunteers are needed to deliver meals between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM Monday through Thursday. Shifts can be weekly or a few times a month. We will work with you to find what works best in your schedule.
- Fill out an application with two reference people.
- Successfully complete a criminal record check.
- Participate in an interview and orientation.
- Drivers must hold a valid Driver’s license.
