This Village: Safe and permanent housing to 22 adults with multiple barriers and 11 youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, through a two-year transitional housing program.
The Paramount: 66 units of housing, 58 for seniors and 8 for young adults, comprised of units running from deep subsidy to under market rent prices.
Kiwanis Housing: 34 units in a complex located at 7760 Luckakuck Place. The units consist of two- or three-bedroom family townhouses and four-bedroom units, specifically for families with children under 19 years of age
