Christmas Sharing
The Christmas Sharing Program is our annual holiday initiative to support families in need by providing gifts, meals, and essential supplies during the Christmas season. With your help, we ensure that every child experiences the magic of the holidays, and every family feels cared for. The Chilliwack Salvation Army and Chilliwack Community Services have been partners in providing local families with Christmas hampers since 1987 with the Salvation Army providing families with the food portion of the hamper and Chilliwack Community Services providing the toy/gift portion for children up to 18 years old.
Ways to Get Involved
SPONSOR A TOY HAMPER:
The CCS Christmas Sharing Toy Hamper Sponsorship program matches you with a child/children in our community. You will receive the child’s age, gender, and a small wish list that has been provided to us and you can use to help guide you to purchase Christmas gifts. Hamper values are approximately $125. Sponsorships can be done by individuals, families, organizations and businesses.
HOST AN ANGEL TREE AT YOUR BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION:
Angel Trees are displayed at various businesses and organizations in Chilliwack. Community members can pick up a tag from any location, purchase a gift based on the tag’s details, and return the unwrapped gift to any Angel Tree site.

DONATE NEW TOYS, CLOTHES OR GIFTS:
Donations of new, unwrapped items can be dropped off at our office during regular business hours – Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm.
