Chilliwack Community Services offers the Pathways to Education Program which provides support for individuals wanting to upgrade or complete their Adult Dogwood through UFV.  Classes are tuition free and grants are possible to cover course fees.  The program provides supports such as childcare for qualified applicants.  While in program, parenting education/support, tutoring, and more. Intakes for the Pathways to Education program are happening now for a September start at UFV.  Contact the Pathways to Education Family Support Worker to help with the application and registration process.

Our funding partners are the Gaming Grant, Community Adult Literacy Program (CALP), MCFD, and through donations from the community.

Information

Location and Hours:
Monday to Thursday mornings
Ruth & Naomi’s group room

Purpose:
– work towards Adult Dogwood
– upgrade English, Computer, Communication, Math skills
– improve workplace skills
– prepare for university programs
– child care subsidy provided
– nutritious breakfast and snacks
– free upgrading in English and Math with on-site UFV teacher
