In this workshop, we’ll discuss the emotional roots to anger, the difference between anger and aggression, and the steps that take us from frustrated to furious. You will also leave with useable ideas on how to tame tantrums and minimize meltdowns.

Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) is a research and relationship-based parenting program that takes much of the guess work out of parenting and gives you confidence in recognizing your child’s emotional needs and provides you with the information to interpret their behaviours.
