3 weeks on understanding and managing the big emotions of children and adults. Participants can increase emotional regulation with this increased understanding and developing these targeted skills.
In this workshop, we’ll discuss the emotional roots to anger, the difference between anger and aggression, and the steps that take us from frustrated to furious. You will also leave with useable ideas on how to tame tantrums and minimize meltdowns.
