Cultivating Mindful Self-Compassion

With the many demands of raising kids, nurturing oneself and spending time focused on personal needs is often neglected by parents today. But this is exactly what is needed. The goal of this workshop is to help you learn to practice mindful self-compassion in hopes you will share these skills with those around you. Mindful self-compassion provides a powerful tool for developing emotional resilience and it can be adapted to fit even the busiest of schedules. Research has shown that it is good for both parents and for their children by reducing stress and bringing more job to all.
