Circle of Security Parenting

Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) is a research and relationship-based parenting program that takes much of the guess work out of parenting and gives you confidence in recognizing your child’s emotional needs and providing you with the information to interpret their behaviours. 8 Sessions.
