While we don’t see emotions and we may not even feel them, they shape our every interaction with people and things. Whether we rant about how lame our wifi is or silently sulk when someone cuts in front of us in a lineup or we jump for joy when win the lottery, it’s our emotions that shape our reactions. We can be blind to our emotions and then struggle to manage how they cause us to behave and that can be harmful to us and those closest to us. Join us in learning about the big 6 emotions and develop skills in managing how we use them to help us and not hurt us.
