Chilliwack Community Services Annual General Meeting is a review of the agencies past year and sharing of the initiatives for the coming year. The meeting is at the downtown office, 45938 Wellington Avenue at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, July 6th, 2010.
2nd Annual 48 Hour Game-A-Thon
C4 Clouda't Cards, Comics, Coffee and more are orginizing this indoor gaming event to benefit the Families In Motion Literacy Program at Chilliwack Community Services. The event is July 16, 17 and 18. For further information contact Dan Clouda at 604 393-7369.

Summer Solstice Golf Challenge - June 21, 2010
Tee off was before dawn followed by many rounds of golf all to benefit the Central Gateway Family Learning Centre. In the Golf Challenge Rene Crawshaw, Mike Broadfoot and Joel McCall reached their goal of 180 holes, Brian Rollins completed 175 holes and Dan Sturm golfed 109. Sixteen more golfers participated in a two round golf tournament in addition to the challenge. We estimate that over $12,000 was raised. Media sponsors the Chilliwack Progress and The Hawk Radio contributed greatly in promoting our new tournament. Our 6th Annual “Changing Lives” breakfast sponsored by Legacy Pacific Land Corporation was on Wednesday, May 19th. Over 150 guests can enjoy a free breakfast at the Coast Hotel Chilliwack. Guests learned more about Chilliwack Community Services and the programs supported by fundraising. The event raised more than $28,000. If you miss our breakfast please think about attending our lunch on October 21, 2010 at the Coast Hotel Chilliwack.

The 18th annual gala dinner and silent auction was Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Best Western Rainbow Country Inn. The event raised just under $30,000 to benefit community funded programs at Chilliwack Community Services.
