Better Beginnings Pre-Natal Nutrition Program
Weekly group program supporting women to have a healthy pregnancy and healthy babies. Available to pregnant women who face extra challenges because of their age, health, lifestyle, isolation, income or other reasons.
Families In Motion
A family literacy program providing:
University-accredited basic education, basic computer literacy, pre-employment skills.
Preschool for 3 and 4 years old to build emerging literacy skills, positive, rounded development and school readiness.
Virtues Parenting Program.
Parent-and-Child-Together learning time.

Welcoming neighbourhood drop-in centres for parents and children under six that offer:

Nobody's Perfect - Six weekly group sessions for parents of children ages 0 to 5. Learn new skills to help in parenting and to feel good about your children and your parenting.
Nurturing Fathers - A group "just for dads". Find support in talking with other dads. Get information and gain new skills to help you as a father.
Families First - A support program assisting parents and caregivers with children ages 1 to 12 years to better cope with the challenges of parenting through instruction, parent/child interaction, peer support, socialization, in-home support, and linking them with other appropriate programs in the community.
Mother Goose - Fun-filled group program for parents with older babies. Facilitator led songs, rhymes and finger games. Builds positive bond between parent and child and stimulates early brain development.
Young Parent Program - Support and learning opportunities for pregnant and parenting youth (up to age 22) and their children.
